Privacy

Short version: we only collect what we need to reply to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, reserve something or contact us, we save what you type into the form: your name, and your email or phone number, plus your city, pincode, product interest or message if you add them. We also save the time you sent it.

Why

To reply to you, to tell you about launches and orders, and to plan how many units to make.

Who sees it

Only the Sajag team. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising. We may use a courier or payment provider to deliver an order, and they will only get what they need for that.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the reason you gave it to us.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time through the contact page.

The app

The app stores your name and trusted contacts on your own phone. They are not sent to us. During an alert, your live location and first name are sent to our server so your contacts can open a link. That is kept in memory only, stops showing when you end the alert, and is deleted six hours after the last update.
